     I. Advantages of TY-Type Metal Powder Cores

    1. High Resistivity: The metal particles are coated with an insulating layer, significantly increasing the material's resistivity and reducing high-frequency eddy current losses, making it suitable for medium-to-high-frequency applications (e.g., 10 kHz to 1 MHz).

    2. Low Loss: Under high-frequency conditions, TY-type cores exhibit low iron loss and eddy current loss, ensuring high energy efficiency and suitability for energy conversion devices such as switching power supplies and inverters.

    3. Moderate Magnetic Permeability: The initial magnetic permeability (μi) typically ranges from 10 to 50, balancing inductance with saturation resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring moderate inductance.
